Shipping policy

Shipping is included for a limited time and may change at anytime.

If goods are damaged during shipment please notify the shipper and take pictures of the package and contents. Then email your request with the pictures to sales@flexitmg.com to arrange for replacement goods – if FLEXiTMG determines that new product is to be shipped. It will be sent out 5 to 10 business days after evaluation is complete.
